1. Equipment Orders & Pricing

All price quotes issued by CONSTRUCZ or its authorized dealers are valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. Pricing does not include local freight, delivery charges, registration fees, state sales taxes, or specific local licensing unless explicitly stated.

2. Acceptance & Delivery

Delivery dates are approximate and based on assembly schedules. CONSTRUCZ is not liable for project delays arising from transport bottlenecks, custom inspections, weather interruptions, or supply chain constraints.

3. Security Interest & Titles

Until the invoice price of the machinery or attachment is paid in full, CONSTRUCZ retains a purchase money security interest in the equipment. Ownership title transfers to the purchaser only after final banking clearance of funds.

4. Operating Safely

Purchasers agree to ensure all equipment is operated solely by licensed and trained professionals in strict compliance with federal OSHA regulations and manual guidelines.
